Policies definitely need to

Policies definitely need to be worked out to ensure the Media Co-op functions well in the coming years.  If we don't have strong policies, it's only a matter of time before a conflict/misunderstanding causes huge problems.

Could someone clarify what

Could someone clarify what resources are needed for this, aside from staff time?

Staff time

Is the main thing that's needed. Bringing in consultants is often helpful, but we can find money for that. The main thing that is time consuming is that it's not a high priority for people, and so it needs someone to move the process along. We actually have a bit of grant money for this right now, so we're hoping to be able to get a bit done in the next few months.
