Long time direct action campaigner Mike Roselle went to court today and had all of his charges dismissed. The charges resulted from relatively benign action onThanksgiving Day in 2013, when Roselle along with Guinn McGuiness and videographer Mike Cherin went to the West Virginia Governor's mansion and left a jar of MTR (mountain top removal) coal dust on the steps. Roselle was arrested when he refused to remove it.

He was held on $20,000 bail for 3 days, and then released without bail after a social-media driven campaign of phone calls and e-mails from Climate Ground Zero supporters around the world flooded the state of West Virginia. His jury trial for tresspassing was scheduled to begin on July 8, 2014, but after repeated delays was finally cancelled and the charges dismissed.
