DOCUMENTS: CSIS Recruitment plan

The Canadian Security Intelligence Service(CSIS)'s 2012-2013 recruitment plan shows the spy group's desire to recruit Aboriginal people and visible minorities.  The goal of increasing the number of Aboriginals working for the Service to 111 coincides with an increase in protests by First Nations groups and the emergence of the Idle No More movement.

While CSIS claims their goals is "building an organization reflective of the communities we serve," a recent article published by Tekawannake News reveals that some people believe the Service's true intention is to increase its ability to spy on Native communities.
