Idle No More LONDON
On the eve of Idle No More protests and actions across the country, on Dec. 20th some 2,000 people held a flash mob Round Dance in a downtown Saskatoon Midtown Plaza.
Six Nations Territory is mobilizing to do its part with Idle No More, with events all week leading up to three buses leaving for Ottawa on Friday December 21 to support Chief Theresa Spence and Idle No More opposition to Harper's Bill C-45.
In the context of the inspiring fight for Native rights in the Idle No More movement, we especially need to support land defenders targeted by anti-Native rights activist Gary McHale and the Ontario Provincial Police.
KITCHENER — About 100 people held a peaceful “People’s Open House” outside Kitchener Centre MPP John Milloy’s office Friday to protest provincial cuts to programs for the poor.
